Joel Whitaker President/CEO I love technology. That passion led me to establish my own computer company. I have been working for over 10 years with all aspects of business surrounding computers. I was the lead computer technician for a company in Illinois. I oversaw all aspects of onsite computer repair for residential and corporate clients, including international food corporations, major banks and Real Estate offices in and around the Chicago area. Crisis management for those clients included consulting, critical updates, server rebuilds, virus and spy-ware removal, re-wiring and networking of multiple systems, and anything else the client required to make their systems function at peak performance levels. When I first moved to Sandpoint, I was the lead wireless technician for a local company, building upon existing wireless internet infrastructure, researching new equipment and varying technology to support the services provided by that company. I purchased laser image, inc. in 2003 and have spent the past 4+ years shaping a company that I am very proud of. My primary concern is to bring service back to the technology industry. Brandon Johnson Chief support technician and office manager I am a Sandpoint native. I took computer programming in high school and that piqued my interest in technology. My first big job was networking all the schools in Bonner County, for the company I worked for in 1998. I received invaluable on the job training in every aspect of networking for future applications. I was in charge of the computer division for another local company, and earned my A+, Net+, and Microsoft Certified Professional certificates while employed there. Additional training at this job involved Windows Servers and various computer security systems. I have been employed by laser image, inc. for over 3 years.
